We bring our spa to you! Our goal is to provide the ultimate relaxing experience in the comfort of your location!
What geographic areas do you serve? We are currently serving Burnaby, Coquitlam, Delta, Langley, New Westminster, North Vancouver, Port Coquitlam, Port Moody, Richmond, Surrey, New Westminster, and Vancouver.
How far do you travel and do you have travel fees? We will travel to any location! Areas outside our geographic areas a travel fee may apply. Parking fees are not included and will be added if applicable for all locations.
Where do we bring our services? Home, hotel, workplace, hospital, corporate event, fundraiser, or location of your choice.
What is the minimum charge for individuals? We have a$100 minimum charge for individual bookings.
Do you have a minimum number of people required for a spa party? No, there is no minimum, however there is a minimum booking fee of $75 as a whole group, not per person.
How many Estheticians will you be sending? Estheticians are booked according to services requested and availability. Typically each Esthetician provides between four to six treatments.
What do I need to provide? Our Estheticians bring everything needed for your appointment and spa party.
What do I need to book an appointment or spa party? Please advise the date, time, location, and spa services
requested. We require a 25% deposit at time of booking. The balance will be due and paid in full five days prior to the appointment.
Do you include gratuities in the price of the services? Gratuities are not included in the price of the services but always greatly appreciated. Should you wish to add a gratuity at time of booking it may be added to the credit card. Also clients may add a gratuity with cash on the day of the appointment.
Can additional services be added on the day of the appointment? We will do our best to accommodate additional services based on availability during the appointment. Additional service(s) will be charged on the card used to pay the deposit and balance. The hostess will be advised if a client wants to add a service. The hostess will need to approve all additional services.
What is your cancellation policy? For clients who cancel or miss their appointment we offer a credit only. The client may use the credit with a minimum $100 total charge. Deposits are non-refundable but can be used towards future events.
What is your procedure if someone is late? Our Estheticians are scheduled according to the time required for the spa treatment booked. When a guest is late we do our best to accommodate them. Unfortunately we are not able to guarantee the full service if the guest is late.
What are your safety policies? Ultimate Mobile Spa is committed to the health and safety of our clients. We maintain the highest level of hygiene. All implements are sanitized after each use. When possible disposable items are used in our spa treatments.
